The APR is a report that must be run and submitted to HUD, via the SAGE repository, for all projects that receive funding from HUD through the Continuum of Care. Many regions use the APR report for all projects, regardless of funding, and throughout the year, to measure data quality, performance, and compliance. The APR results can be used to generate project level dashboards such as this one.
